Yes sir, i know street racing is wrong but it had to be done. Short story, this kid and his buddy tring to show off in his sonama with the 4.3 vortec. So i pulled up by them and gave them the all famous "headnod". The agreement was 10 mph to whatever we could get up to (it was about a mile long road) 3 horn go. The little **** jump on me before the 3rd beep, but thats ok i stomped those two little *****. when it was all said and done with all i could do was sit back and smile at my wife. Man it feels good to win huh?? Again it feels so good to put these kids in their place.

 

my buddys got an s10 with that same engine, we race all the time by work. its pretty close. but he just had his rebuilt, and hes got a reprogramed pcm. idk if it helps but hes got air ride, and drives like 4 inches from the ground. we dont have a mile or anything, but he can do a burnout like a *****. his is also stick.

 

i got one kid around here in his Ram1500 with a 360 always wanting to race me & everytime we do i walk away from him its always fun lol

hey ill race anything. (of coarse i know i wont win em all) i just like the thrill of a race. and this one wasnt even close he pulled away cause he jumped. i caught up real real quick and blew by him. then i decided to be a DH and just left my gas pedal on the floor till i had to stop. haha, i think hes still crying.

 

and uh come to think about it, your saying hes got a s10?? i thought only sonomas had the 4.3 i thought it was a s10 at first, so i guess thats what it was (not that it matters).

 

lol when i race ill take it to 130mph or so lol

the 4.3 was in the S10, Sonoma, Blazer, Jimmy, Sierra, & Silverado

 

ha, i think i was at about 125. i didnt look after i saw 115 had to keep my eyes on the road. first time ive ever gone that fast(while i was driving)(in my car) ive done 153 with a buddy in his little neeeoooonnn. *fart*
