Default WTB 1999 MC Grille

I'm looking for the Upper grill for a 1999 Monte Carlo. I would really like to get an OEM Factory grille. I already threw away money on an ebay billet grille that doesn't fit right. But, if you have an original for sale please let me know.

It looks very similiar to that. but when you put it in place, the fit isn't even close. Not sure why this vehicle is so hard to get OEM stuff for. I have worked with older vehicles and had less problems.

I went to pull-a-part yesterday looking. They only had one 99 monte carlo. And there wasn't much left. Still Looking.

I don't think there were any OEM billet grills for 5th gen montes. All ones I have seen are aftermarket.

Oh I miss-understood. The "stock grilles" are only on the LS models of 5th gens. Even if you find one that isn't all cracked and the chrome isn't peeling, you'll never get it off in one piece. It's held on with double sided tape and very strong. When I tried to take one off it just broke into several pieces because of all the tape underneath. I can't think of anywhere you can get a new one either. You might be out of luck on this one.

Maybe try the stealership? Or swap the bumper with a used one...?
