I saw a JG edition on a car lot today. I was driving my tractor trailer and there was no place to pull over and check it out. It looked good from the street though. It is located in cincinnati,Ohio. the phone number for the place is 513 574 5900 if you are still looking for one.

Just updating this thread. I’ve located a JG edition Monte in Missouri. It has 57,000 miles and is in good condition considering its millage. It is a one owner vehicle and has all of the paper work and items such as the “24” front license plate cover and the original certificate of authenticity. It is for sale privately. I have looked at all the pricing guides (KBB, Edmunds, etc…) but I wondered what you guys think would be a fair price for this car. Thanks.

Aaron

What part of Missouri, I am in St.Louis area if you need someone to check it out.

As far as value, that is is tough one it could be worth more due to the JG edition if someone is willing to pay for it, what it is worth is what someone is willing to pay.

I just bought a 2002 MC SS High Sport with 48,xxx this fall for $8400, and I am very happy with the purchase, it is in new condition with only one scratch on the front passenger side about 1/2". I bought it from the original owner who bought it when he was 65 year old. It is 100 % original condition down to the Goodyears and Delco battery. I think the JG edition would bring a little more but how much? in my opinion not too much because there is really no performance gains, just paint and stickers.

Hope that helps, and I am more than willing to look at and take pictures for you if the car is not to far, I love doing that stuff.

Thanks for the info and advice. The car is in the northern part of Missouri. I had a friend of mine go and talk to the seller, take pictures, and take it for a test drive. Other than a crack in the front windshield and some other minor issues, he felt like the car had been well maintained and was in good shape considering its millage and age. It also comes with another set of rims and tires. The original yellow ones which came with the car are mounted on three spoke aftermarket rims while the original rims have another set of tires on them. She is currently asking $9,500 for the car. I'm tentatively making plans to see and drive it next weekend so we'll see what happens.
