I'm looking for gauges from a 2000-2005 monte with the 3800. Preferably one with miles over 80k. Any help would be great thanks.

I don't need it until spring, but his prices are high, I wanted to find a similar mileage cluster and wait until that mileage to swap it.

 

I agree his prices are high, but he's a great guy to work with. Since all the gauges won't work on your car, he can swap out the non-functioning gauge with a chevy logo, etc.

Plus he helps with all the documentation to make it a legal transfer.

 

yeah, his prices aren't unreasonable just a bit much for me right now, and i agree he's a great guy. Do you know what gauges don't work? I thought it was just volts?

Also, would i need to get it recalibrated?

 

Pretty sure its plug and play and the Volts works fine. Its the oil pressure gauge that doesn't work. The LS computer doesn't send out that info for the gauge to work.

 

sweet, now im actually pretty pumped to do this one lol im thinking some sort of center cap can be put over that part from a rim or something

 

or would there possibly be a way to use oil pressure and hook it to engine temp, so it actually looks like it works. and would the light probably be off too?

 

I swapped an SS cluster into mine and made the OP gauge functional. It's a little bit of work but well worth it, and much better that sticking a logo in there.
