I had to change the name of the post due to legal problems that the board could have. People might think you are actually looking for ILLEGAL copies of programs.

Use GIMP 2 - it can be downloaded legally and free here. I don't like downloading anything not cnet approved (so you know its safe). It works pretty good, but its not like it exactly user friendly. No harder then Photoshop and its free

That actually is against the law. In the user agreements you abide that you will only install the copy on X amount of computers. Usually the number is only 2 or 3, so if they already did that many installs and gave you the disc, it would be illegal.
