if you are talking about the little stickers that are on the fenders of all the cars of their products sponsors, they are called contingency stickers. you can buy them here http://www.millersvinylgraphics.com/catalog2.html. you can buy them one by one or you can buy the whole decal package for a particular year, up to 2006.
if you are looking for the big decals they use for their hoods/fenders with their big corporate sponsor, you'd probably just have to go to a vinyl place. that is how we get ours for our racecars. JuniorCar might be able to help you there, I am not sure how his was done on his car?
