Can't you replace the tabs?

 

maybe you're missing the metal clips that's on the tabs. the clip is what keep the pillar in place. shipping cost a lot for those pillars. i shipped a set to a member and it cost $27 usps snail mail. im sorry i dont have any pillars so dont ask. try to find one at a junk yard or c-list. most junk yard will let you have them for free.
