please dont put a bug deflector on.

if you want some protection from bugs get the clear plastic sheets and stick on there.

 

The only reason I bought mine, is when I bought the car it had tons of rock chips on it and that was the best all weather solution to hide all of the chips. If I bought a mask for it, it would have destroyed the paint even more if I left it on all of the time. After I got my hood painted, I never put it back on.
