I've seen a couple impala's around town with just a little black bug deflector that goes across the front of the hood from headlight to headlight. Haven't seen one on a monte, but the GM place here in town says the impala's and monte's have the same hood (or at least the same part number). Anyone got one layin around that they'd wanna get rid of?

I haven't really heard much about the clear stuff. I'm mostly curious to see how it looks on a monte. They say they're for impala's but we've got the same hood. Another reason I'd wanna try is is because i've got the vents over the driver/passenger windows and thought it'd tie in with those a little more.

i've seen one chrome painted one on a black 06-07 Monte (wasn't an SS) and it looked fugly, maybe an SS would pull it off better, maybe not..... just not my cup of tea.

 

It wont look good on ur car, cars with bug shields to me look like crap no ofense to anyone but trucks & suvs are thr only things that can pull em off
