Hey guys help a newbie out please bought my gordon monte last monday, from what i read she is missing a few things id like to have...if u have these items or know where i can buy them please let me know....i need the 24 decal for the front lic plate cover, and the driver side lower seat cover. oh and i believe there is a windshield decal also its supposed to have..and does anyone know how to get the documentation on what # car i have?....my first monty i just happened to come across so im lost on all the paperwork stuff....thanks a ton, love the site and everyone's monty's

 

If you do eBay you can also put a 'WANTED' ad on there to broaden your audience for the parts you need.

You can't get a replacement certificate for your car, but you can call and give them your VIN number to find out the sequential number of it.

24 decal is $100 any gm dealer can order it, & the window decal just says Monte Carlo theres 2 oem ones on ebay for $400 or u can get a cheap remake for $20 & itll look the same

I would buy the origonal 24 for he plate cover, im buying one for mine as far as the window decal heres your choices

thats not that bad for the window decal...now for the front plate "24" do i have to get from the dealer? also the lower driver seat cover? i cannot find anything for this darn car...figured when i bought it id find parts all over/////ya not so much..lol oh and the rear spoiler " team monty" is that decal an option or they come with it? thanks so much

 

Yeah dealer would be the best unless ur in good with a body shop u might get it cheaper & im not sure on the seat cover prob dealer again & the spoiler decal is included but not put on the cars its up to the owners

i know a few people who work at the chevy dealer in town, i texted and asked her, shes checking on it for me...found the seat cover, um ya 500$ thats nuts..lol id like to get the decals atleast if i decide to sell it..
