I have a 2005 Monte carlo SS
I made mine with parts I bought on ebay & auto zone & home depot.
All parts cost total $65 ..

That is a great looking engine. I like the brushed/polished steel parts. The plastic cover is not needed for that beast.

The CAI looks simple enough. What did you use for a box? Did you move the air sensor or is that plug next to the TB?

Thank's , I didn't move the air sensor it's in the pipe that I bought with the filter on ebay. It had a hole for it. The box I made from a roof flashing from home depot. I heated it to bend into the shape I needed.
