I can update the VIN on the PCM to match your vehicle.

I know this will work for a 2003 Monte Carlo (since that is what it was for). Unfortunately I don't know if it will work for other years of Monte Carlos or even other 2003 L36 cars (Grand Prix, Regal, Impala). Odds are it will, but I don't have the ability to research it.
