While I was cleaning out my shop moving to our new house 2 months ago.
I found a brand new never installed SLP lower grill cover bought
February,2nd ,2010.
I have none of the uppers left.
I am on the fence if I should sell it any interest or not ?
It is just the part shown in the picture next to the OG shipping tube.
The twin pic is of the lower grill cover that I have currently installed on my Monte back in 2010 I had bought 3 of them.
It's not the filler plate not the upper and not a bumper cover.
It was just a piece SLP made to make the lower air intake look more aggressive. And color change.
I am NOT trying to price gouge anyone and just want to determine what's it's worth if I want to sell it. I am thinking $250 + shipping
I want to help out other 6th gen Monte owner .
I know they discontinued making these in the summer of 2010.
The last one I could find that sold was for $100 used in 2011 .

What does this piece do? Does it present a much more pronounced dimensional appearance than if one just painted their factory grille a particular color? Does it just double stick tape into place?

 

yes it mounts with double stick tape over the stock lower air intake grill giving it a thicker more prominent appearance .
