I think its waiting for it to transfer to the bank. I'm not worried about it.

He said he's having login problems so eventually it'll get straightened out.

It says completed on my end, I just looked. he sent me a picture or something from his side this morning when I was on lunch and it still says pending as of 11:30ish

 

Well I gave up. I filed a complaint on the 25th and still received no parts.

So as of yesterday, PayPal refunded my money.

All he had to do was ship the parts, and paypal would have released the money. I even showed him how to do it. And still nothing.

Oh well. Time to move on and spend money on parts somewhere else.
