ELM 327 available? Does it come with software? Sorry I don’t remember seeing the answers to my questions. Sorry if I'm asking questions you have already answered. I just don’t have time to read through the whole thread right now. Thank you in advance.

The ELM-327 is still available. It doesn't come with software, but you can find something that will work on this list. Complete ELM327 OBD-II Software Guide » Interfuse Corp.

I just added a custom fit reflector for the windshield.
