Regarding the lights. Are they still unsealed? And if so what projectors do you have to go with them and what is necessary to complete the job? I'm seriously interested.

 

They're completely unsealed, there are some very minor paint imperfections right now because of the mounting issues I had. The only things that needs to be done are:

Remounting one lens, aligning both beams, mounting the shroud (just needs to be glued in place) and sealing the lens. and then of course the wiring to make the demon eye work.

The are the Morimoto H1 Mini Projectors, Full Sized Gatling Gun Shrouds, trimmed to fit perfectly, oznium surface mount leds for the demon eye and of course the clear corner headlights.

So what's wrong with the alignment? I realize that mounting is a tricky process when dealing with retrofitting. But was the cut too bad to get them aligned? As far as the paint imperfections I'm not really concerned with that so much as I will probably repaint them silver anyway. As far as the clear corner is concerned do you have the yellow bulb to go with them? And do you have both H1 projectors for Hi and low beam? Sorry I got a lot of questions, I'm not too savvy with lighting and electronics and I don't want to get into something way over my head.

 

Do you have the valve cover breather still?

 

I had just gotten them mounted and aligned, but they didn't sit far enough back in the housing, I haven't had time to play with them, I checked them again, the paint imperfections are very minimal, couldn't find as much as I had thought was originally there lol

The alignment just needs to be aligned, won't be able to be done until they're full mounted.

They are cut perfectly honestly, just have to put them in right, you can't even tell there's cuts there. For the turn signal, I do have an orange bulb, although I would strongly suggest going with a switchback turn signal.

The H1's are only in the position of the low beam. The H1 is a bi-xenon, so it has the cut-off on the low beam, and then when the high beams are turned on, the shield raises and it releases the full beam.

Since the reflectors are all painted black, I have some LED high beams, just to keep the white light look all the way around up front.
