I need something with an Earnhardt Sr theme on it, you have any ideas??? but my cover is kinda different than most, I think!! here is a general pic. I'd go as far as buying a new cover and just using a custom one at shows....

 

That's a good idea Chris. I was going to do the same thing with a second cover. Can ya find me a top view of it? So were you thinking of like #3 and checkers and stuff? Maybe his signature replica? PM me when you get some ideas listed and I look forward to seeing a top view so I can see the shape better and see where designs would fit.

Lisa you should get in touch with one of the Mod's and get this thread moved into the commercial post section, at the moment we have Whitcomb there who does do amazing air brush and painting, you certainly offer another option as well as being a active member of the forum. Mod Wayne helped move a simular thread for me when we first opened the commercial post for members.
Chris another option for a temp engine cover for show would be to have a piece of plate aluminun cut and shaped to lay atop the stock cover during the show..not any more costly than a spare cover, easy to work with and paint. Lisa I really love your taz and I do have some ideas for what I just suggested to Chris....conflicted though it may be borderline adultery going outside the marrige for artwork !!! but well see.......I'm still waiting on that crazed KISS fan out there so I can throw them on some work myself...I just love the images.
