Clips for Highsport F. Lip

Please verify me if I'm wrong! I found these clips while I was cleaning out the garage. I believe they are for connecting the Front lip of the highsport kit to the front bumper. I was going to throw them but figured somebody might need them.

$15 shipped sound alright?

Not sure I'm probably gonna dig my high sport kit out next week and install, but got thinking when I bought it, did the guy give me clips or not. Will have to check if I need them or not this week. Will let you know
