I'm painting my whole car red soon and I want to know if anybody knows a good looking shade of red. I would like to do a pearl or metallic but they can get expensive. Where/what are some good prices on paint?

 

Keep it classic, gm torch red. Haha

Id go with a nice metallic, if ur gonna spend the money dont make it a stock color make it unique, heres a few sweet reds

Venom Red is always nice

Redfire Metallic is pretty good aswell

& you got the classic Ferrari Red

Gotta agree with this if any red. I know my trucks red and gold are my last resort choices when looking for a vehicle. I do like seeing red on vehicles but after owning 3 reds I'm sick of it lol.

 

If you don't want to spend a lot of money, go with a stock color. Doesn't have to be a GM color. Can be any manufacturers red. If you go with a custom mix, you're gonna have to pay the extra money if you ever need some touch up, or need to re-spray a panel.

Thank for your your posts and pics! I chose to go with candy apple red metallic. I just got the paint in today and its almost like a blood red but has a good amount of metal flake so it should look real nice. Ill post pics in about a month when its done!
