Want to upgrade foglights.

Want to upgrade foglights.
I would like to upgrade my stock non-fog light car.
I know I would need the fog light switch, fog lights and bracket, and harness.
Here is the link for the harness: 00 Monte Carlo Fog Light Fuse Box Harness 10329944 14 | eBay
Is there anything else I would need or is this it?
Fog lights and brackets would most likely come from rockauto.com
Lastly I have seen a few switches both forum and ebay.
Thanks for all who help.

Your BCM won't allow for foglights as is...
Your best bet is to get the foglights and the bracket, get a rocker switch and custom wire them to a rocker switch.
You would need to have your BCM reflashed by a dealer to accept fogs and then you would have to run the whole harness. Running 4 tiny wires for the fogs and then to the rocker switch is far easier than making it look 100% stock.

Mitch, you are one smart man. Hope exam's are going well.
Would be able to still use the factory on/off fog light switch?
I did see the other post about adding.
Which HID's to run in themour scrap the stock lamps and get fog projectors?
If so, what size is it to comfortably fit in there?

thanks!
The factory switch is usable, although you would have to use a relay I believe, you can contact BBEngineer and he may know how do do this.
I have been running the stock housings with projectors, just make sure you go with 35w and not 55w or you will risk melting the housing.
You can just use a 35w 880 bulb and you'll be set!

Lows ya about that. In the other thread about fenders hitting the door I made my comment about either doing 00-05 Impala or 06 & up Monte/Impala. Although a guy at work has a Olds Aurora. The headlights look similar to ours minus the bump and they have a low projector too. Just a thought.
Are there any other headlamps that bolt in with little to no mods?

I would just go with the stock housing for the fogs, since they're the oval and the hole in the bumper is oval, i think it would just look weird with anything else, but that's just me. Also with some of those autozone ones they have a weird sealed bulb and it's a pain to get out.
As far as the headlights, they have some DEPO ones for our cars, they're just black housed, for projectors you would need to retrofit, I have some half-done retrofits that I want to sell for $400, if I finished them it'd be more tho haha

Here's a description on the relay BBEngineer gave me a while back when I added fogs.
