I think I need to try those headlights too.

 

On the subject of lights, has anyone tried the Silverstar zxe lights?

 

they are supposed to be whiter light but i cant find anything on how much light they actually put out. not sure if they are worth the extra money over the ultras

 

They look pretty good but i'll stick with my HIDs.

I bought the Silverstar ZXE (9005/9006) for my monte. They are supposed to be better than the Ultras. I absolutely hated them. They are filled with Xenon gas. I sent them back to Sylvania to get my money back. I've had Silverstars/Ultras in past vehicles and I've never been impressed by any of their Automotive products. Waaaaaay overpriced for what you get. I suggest not wasting money on them.

 

Yes I have. I thought I would like them, but I hated them. I have a pic on my Facebook page of what they look like installed. They have a bit of a bluish tint to them in color, but they aren't very bright. I spent over $120 on high beam and low beam and I was super pissed with the results I got. I sent them back to Sylvania for a full refund. I wouldn't waste your money on them

 

they arent over priced if you dont buy them from big box stores. $20-$25 isnt bad for a set off ebay and the ultras are well worth 20-25
