Default SS stock ground effect Q

For all of you SS owners out there (7th gen only), I have a question.. how are the ground effects when it comes to speed bumps, crappy roads? I'm wanting to do some body work to the Monte either this fall or as a winter project, so I'm trying to figure out now what exactly I want to do so I can save up the $ lol.

Do they tend to bottom out a lot or are they overall pretty good? I was looking at the Razzi kit and the Duraflex one because of the exhaust cutout holes in the rear bumper, but they just look like they would get torn off with one bad road..

they're not a whole lot lower than stock, but are you lowered? being lowered could cause a real problem, if they're installed correctly they shouldn't fall off but i can see them being damaged pretty badly

No, mine's stock height.. (custom exhaust would be rubbing every speed bump otherwise lol).

Follow-up question: in order to have the ground effects, would the front and rear bumper need to be different? (than the LS/LT/LTZ).
