I'd go black IF you also plan on black wheels. Silver/black combo looks good when done in certain ways. I don't think the spoiler being the only major piece black would look good though even with all the other black accents

 

*wince* Please tell me you don't have black door edge guards...if you do, I'm not trying to hurt your feelings, but it's always been one of my pet peeves.

I hate seeing black (or dark) cars with chrome edge guards, or white, silver, or light colored ones with black. It really breaks up the flow of the door panels.

Now, I DO firmly believe in door edge guards. I've hit the edges of my car on too many things (or had significant others hit them) to leave this bit of protection off. But I get them in clear. In fact, I often have trouble finding them in clear, so the last time I got some, I got 2 sets. When my Eclipse was totalled, I had a set ready for the MC.

As far as the spoiler goes, unless you also have black side skirts and bumper lips, I'd stay silver too. The headlights and taillights balance each other out, no need for the spoiler to carry the black accent color.
