Your hood you just stick on generic scoops to your existing hood?

Yes... I am openning them up this spring for extra engine cooling...

It's completely personal preference. Some people love 'em, some people hate 'em. I personally prefer the SLP grille compared to the Crest. Some members have both SLP grilles (upper and lower) on their Montes which adds a sweet look imo! Also, if you plan to buy one, many people spray PlastiDip behind it so the car's paint color doesn't show through the grille.

Mitch has an slp lower? Thats interesting. I like the way it looks.
