Test fit the SLP Grille in the sun (just use some painters tape or something) and see how much the paint underneath shows through.

When I replaced the badge on my '03 I used a hair dryer to heat it up, and a piece of waxed floss (in a back and forth sawing action) to seperate the adhesive from the paint. Then I carefully lifted around the edges with my fingertips and it popped right off. I cleaned the residual adhesive off with rubbing alcohol.

This is the way I'd go about it. prying could turn out bad.

Don't use a screwdriver on the emblem unless you also use a towel or something because you could scratch the paint, you can use the floss on top and bottm and then just pull it off with your hands, that's what I did

Like I said in the 3rd post, u can use a fishing line to remove it :p
And a heat gun to warm up the adhesive for easy removal
