Red face silver monte, thinkin of gettin black stripes suggestions pics examples?

i have a gen 6* monte carlo ss (2000) and its galaxy silver and pretty much stock
im gonna be doing some performancy stuff to it this summer, maybe doing a series 3 motor swap if i can find the motor for cheap enough. (1000ish)
thats aside the point.
i was wondering if anybody thought it would look too ricey if i put black rally stripes on the hood and trunk or if it would look as good as it does on gen 6 monte carlos? open to suggestions or input of any kind, even if its off topic, and id love to see pics if youve already done something like this.

I like my black stripes. I've gotten quite a few compliments on them too.

Been done plenty of times... but if you want something much easier, you can throw the top end of an L67 on your car for really cheap, with high compression and run a good amount of boost effectively. Just research top-swaps. You can ALWAYS find the parts to do this too.

Regarding your access, you will get full access soon, we just have a small waiting period and a minimum post requirement first to fight spam.

so just the hood and top of the trunk? cause thats what i was thinking. i got the ss spoiler, the one that lays parallel to the trunk, you think i shud stripe the top of that or is that too ricey teenager?

and reguarding the top swap, yes i know the higher compression ratio would make more horsepower less boost but from my understanding the L32 series III supercharged is better built with more powdered metal components and is lighter?
i mean im not doing anything quite yet, i dont have the money YET but once i get back to FL from college imma have a job and start puttin sum money on the car and under the hood.
but i do have a 180 t-stat already =]
