Removing paint from seats
The IDIOT that painted my wife's car has got over spray all over her leather seats. Pretty heavy I would say. Tried reducer and thinner but not sure if that is good for the seats. Seats are gray now black. 8 months later and $2000 I have a car not put back together and a paint job that has to be wet sanded and buffed. NICE HUH, also black seats.

I think you should go after that guy... $2000, 8 months of bs and you have a **** poor result. That's complete bs, and i'm at a loss for the seats.

Wouldn't do any good to sue him. He now has nothing including a place to live. His girlfriend kicked him out, He is a good friend of mine but now I am not so sure. Havent talked to him since I picked it up. I will be finished putting it back together this evening. Then wet sanding and buffing after that. It will look very nice when I am done, just the BS I have to go thru to get there. I read about olive oil. Might try that. It is coming off but it is a task and unsure what the reducer will do to the seats. Here is a pic of backseat. It is worse than the fronts, you can see where I cleaned.

Oh man...I'd be freakin' furious - friend or not.
Have you tried a rubbing compound designed to remove overspray? Whatever you use make sure to saturate the leather with conditioner afterword.

Friend or not.... always ask yourself what would Hacksaw Jim Duggan do???
2x4 to the HEAD!!!
or........... the growing, since he seams to already have brain damage seeing as he painted your seats.
