Your guys probably know this, but some of my chassis was updated by a NASCAR guy, and he had a set of individual scales, so we got numbers on all 4 corners. It was helpful, but I was a sold mount car, no suspension. Still, it's nice to know.

Default Weighing the car

This is something I have already discussed with and is something my Fabricator has already told me - weighing the car on all four corners was a must and something he automatically does. For reasons more than just what does the car weigh.

Helps with suspension set up also - for proper weigh transfer, traction issues, etc.

Correct. And there is a program out there for about $100 that helps you set the 4 link. Took me a while in my rail. I could never feel any input from the front wheels, but that's not a problem you will have.

Oh no, what the hell did you do now, another Demon Redeye show down? It actually lasted pretty long, think I went through 2 to your 1. Matt had to recently rebuild mine, again. Lucky I did not break any irreplacable part, aka the GMPP LSD, that would have been ugly, custom billet parts, similiar to what you do. Got just over 2k on that tranny about $4500. Do believe I have had 5 trannys now in 10 years, lol, power breaks things...

What are you doing to get it back on the road, local shop or fly Matt out to work for a couple three days?

Greg: I have a shop here in town where I know the owner and I have had him talking to Matt already - he is going to pull the tranny with Matt's help via video conferencing if necessary and ship the trans out to Matt to rebuild. Here all this time I thought I was babying the car - guess not. SAM

Discouraging for sure, you thought the wholetime you were babying it and she still conked out on you. What happen, just decided to not go orconverter fail (guess that not possible, you have the best there is for your application, weird. Mine, did a burn out, broke my panetary gearsm thrust washers failes etc, had 2k miles on it. 4th was showing a little wear, so went ahead and replaced them $4500 later, Bought whole 2007 Monte V8 tranny, salvaged parts from it (more robiust than 3800 tranny parts). Suspect it will pop within 5k mile. . I would suspect you would have a few mwn out there in Detroit Motor City to aid you a bit, good peeps. I mean to try and do it your sel;f could be a challenge, what are you 95 now, like 2 years older than I?
