2 cans are not necessary Did all of mine with less than one can, three coats on all

Should look sweet, can't wait to see them done!

Thanks guys but unfortunately I don't feel comfortable doing them like the pic I posted I just thought it would be nice reason I don't want to is because of how thick the plasti dip will be when I'm done spraying it, it's going to have rough edges and will peel so much easier lol

There's so much info about this everywhere, it all depends on how you spray and how many coats

Thanks man, and I only got 2 to be safe, plus who can't use some extra dip? might spray other stuff with it haha

I've seen plastidip used successfully on painted wheels, clear coat wheels, plastic bumpers and side trim, etc. but I've never seen it used on a chrome surface. I'm interested to see how well it adheres. I would imagine as long as all polish and wax is removed it should do fairly well. Sounds like a job for blue dawn.

I should plasti dip my wheels, the're all scuffed up and beat up, hmmm probably shouldn't have put that idea in my head :p But i dont think black wheels would look right.

Yep some dawn soap will work great
And I never got a chance to paint them yesterday. I'm probably going to start till Tuesday since I'll be pretty busy today and Monday
