Default Pinchweld repair

Anyone ever have the pinch welds replaced on these cars? I have a 2000ss and literally the only rust on it is from the pinch welds and they are falling apart. You can't lift the car on them because they just crumble . Any idea if body shops do this?

I will try to take some tomorrow if its not raining. We are getting the aftermath of Hurricane sandy But to describe it, its pretty bad at where it reaches the rear wheel well, it just crumbles apart. At the front its still there but its rusting pretty bad. It kinda sucks when i have to hoist the car up because some hoist arms dont reach the torx box or the subframe underneath. Just want to know if this repair is doable by a body shop because honestly, this is the only part of the car that is bad.

Well as you can see even the clips that go into the pinch weld are rusted out that the side skirt is coming off a bit. The rest of the pictures tell the story. This is from the rear of the car, the rest of it towards the front looks exactly the same . Also i dont know if the pinchwelds are supposed to come a bit lower than the sideskirt because it seems that the side skirt and the pitch weld are at the same height. So even if you were to lift it , its pushing the side skirt up aswell.

Is it also starting to rust on the side of the car, in the first pic?

Yea its just starting to bubble just above the side skirt. And thats dumb why do they make it like that? It seems that even if you lift it on that it will still pinch the side skirt no?
