#1: I will absolutely take everything off to paint them ... That is just how I roll.

#2: @03JGMonte: When you say a top coat/clear coat, do you mean like a top/clear urethane like most vehicles are done in these days?

Yup same as a car used dupont paint & 72200 dupont clear
