I love the paint scheme of the 56! I think that would look awesome.

I did these really quick, colors could of course be changed if you consider others, and with this I would also consider some racing stripes

I like the second version, thanks guys for the input, I`m now starting to lean towards the paint schemes that accent the monte`s classic fender curves, white on top and black below is sounding good also.

They both look good. I think I would either remove the chrome around the bottom or paint it black tho. It just looks out of place. can't wait to see it done.
