I had a pair of chrome door pillar post trim and went over it with a sheet of carbon fiber vinyl. Not sure what I prefer so tell me, which looks better: stock (nothing); chrome; or CF vinyl?

I'd say stock looks the best to me.

If I had to pick one of those two, I'd go with CF. The chrome strip looks out of place with no other chrome on the car. And cars with a lot of stick-on chrome don't look good.

Do you plan on going with a theme? If not, I'd agree with Amy.

Wasn't planning on keeping the lower chrome, I'm making my way towards blacking out the Monte, more or less (perhaps a bit of red peppered in). Thanks for all the input guys.

 

Im usually not a fan of carbon fiber but I actually like them on the window trim.

 

I pretty much hate chrome on any car. Haha. So either carbon fiber vinyl or back to stock

CF or paint it exact match black. the chrome looks super tacky
