OK i am 25% on driver/ passenger windows 20% on the back 3 and i did tint the top of the windshield also
200-2005 are the same as rims go they will be 16" or 17" I went with the 17" s because they were like new and had no makes from wheel weights and they showed off my painted brakes better (more rim less tire )
with head lights i did a 8000k hid conversion and they do make some aftermarket head lights and if you look at tail lights there are some cool options out there for them 2 (chibablacksheep) i like his i have not changed mine because i like how they look on my car (stock )
now on the hood MPD inc. makes a working ram air hoods for your car mine will be here this week and there are are some out there companies that make them pyc. and there is a cowl hood out there but keep in mind that they are like $500+ for the hood

When you say the percentages, that how much light it lets in, or how much is blocked?

I think I'm going to go with some 16's, but I don't know if I should go with alot of spokes, or just 5. I found these: http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Wheel...00&autoModClar=
They're pretty cheap and they look good in my opinion.

How much would it be to paint the calipers the same color as my car?

And I plan on buying that strip of LEDs like the Audi's have. I think it would make it look good and still be not tacky. What do you think?

it is blocked so it blocks all but 25% so your driver and passenger would be 70%
http://www.tintcenter.com/laws/IA/
but your back 3 you can do darker and just the UV blocking alone will save your interior even if it is 70%
i like them allot !! (rims)
if you want it to match you will have to go to a shop in your town and have them quote you it should be around $100 +
if you do it your self with break caliper paint you can do it for $50 or less

A guy on here named Brock in Nebraska has done the led lights and you should check his garage out and ask him on that one

I would love to see Brocks Audi style headlights, but I don't know how to get to his garage.

I just found caliper covers, which I think would be alot easier than painting it. Do you think I could just ask whoever puts on my rims to stick the covers on?

What would you think about doing the 70% on the front two windows, 50% on the rear windows, and maybe like 20% on the back window? I think that would look good because it would kindof fade from light to dark (front to back). I've never talked to anyone with tinted windows before and I've never really looked into how people do theirs so I don't know what looks good.

Wow! Those look really good! What brand are they and how much (for the LED strip)?

What year is your Monte? I don't think mine can do the thing where the Chevy bowtie is behind the grill.

I haven't seen it anywhere else, but you can get the led strip from carid.com for around $60. If you find them somewhere else get those, carid is usually overpriced.
