Exclamation Need The Experts...Pics Included

Hey guys. I have some major issues that i need some advice on. Probably the ugliest issues on my car and i am not sure what is the best way to repair them and need some advice.

The first is just above the ground effects behind the front tire on the passenger and driver side.

And the second is just behind my sunroof.

If i need better pictures i will take some tomorrow.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

looks to me like you'll probably have to get both spots repainted

Neither spot looks too bad. Definitely will need ground down to remove the rust and then primed and repainted. There is a very good product for rust prevention called Vinyl Wash. Its a very thin etch primer that goes over bare metal. Some vinyl wash followed by epoxy primer sealer will do a very good job keeping the rust from coming back. Then surfacer primer over that will level it off nice and prep it for base/clear.
