I've been facing a similar decision with my lip kit also. For your monte I think all options would look great, on a scale however I think silver/yellow would be at the bottom, only because the pace car editions come stock like that (i.e - nothing to special), all yellow would be second since you don't see that everyday and non two-toned montes do look sweet, but personally I think although black/yellow looks like an imitation bumblebee it would look sweet especially with a matching black lower grill. Nobody i've seen has done it yet so I think u shoud make yours stand out from the masses. Here are some pics to help with your decision.

Yea Tyler and Tyler (me) are facing similar difficult decisions! I'll snag a high sport eventually so help me God, but I'll be deciding on the same color scheme issue! Doing a red trim line on it somewhere will be a must for me. And Gordon's FTW, mate. 
On that note, I went with matched color. Silver wouldn't work for me for sure with black rims.

x2 i voted silver too. the JG seats are 2 tone colors charcoal/greyish and that would match up with the high sport. plus i think silver look good with any color. if you look at the gtp front/rear bumpers lip notice they 2 tones color. i like it.
