Default Mud flaps or no mud flaps?

My brother suggested mud flaps on my 06 monte to protect the paint from rocks/grit etc. Anyone using mud flaps? I've seen the "contored" ones on other makes of cars and they don't look too bad. Just wanted to get some opinions.

Thanks

I think I've seen other members on here with mud flaps on their montes. I honestly don't think they look bad as long as they aren't big & bulky. I've thought about getting them for mine but then I ran into the dilemma of painting them silver to match the kit or keep them black so i just dropped the idea all together for now lol

I have them, they aren't bad, do the job. I just gotta keep using Mother's Back to Black on them so they look decent.

Did I not say I had them??? You all too lazy to click on the links of pictures of my car in my signature? lol

Like I said, they get a little dull but now I use Mothers Back to Black on them, and they don't look as bad.

Default those look good

I bought the contoured ones as well. My car is black so they blend pretty well. May have to modify them so they don't hang down too far though.
Thanks for the input people.

@ChibiBlackSheep: Nice car. I like how the flaps look on there.
