Hard to see in these pics but I have 12000K HIDs Lows 55w.. and 3000K HID fogs 35w.
Im changing the HID Lows to 35w so I can more blue out of them.

 

mine were 6000's ... little little little tint of blue, not so much to be an *****, and certainly not 55w ... wtf jaws, if you were coming up behind me at night with those tanning lamps i would throw stuff out the window at you ...

ddmtuning is the way to go, got 2 sets shipped for less than 60 bucks total, but they were on sale ... and they almost immediately replaced one of the faulty ballasts at their expense for shipping

if you want the best light with a tint of blue, go for 5-6k ... anything higher than that and you run the risk of getting pulled over and harassed about them, and you cut the light output ...

Whats the difference between the 35w and the 55w? I believe the 35w isn't as bright as the 55w, but has more color. If not, please correct me.

thanks ... but as of about a month ago, its not my car ... and as of about 2-6 days ago, the stealership i sold it to sold it someone else ...

man i would not want to be that guy ... :p

and btw - 55 watt is too bright for cars ... its intended for motorcycles or offroad vehicles ...
