Just purchased the pace car spoiler and dropped it off to be painted.
so about how much should i expect to be paying when its all said and done and it go pick it up on Wednesday. i just dropped it off and they didn't even talk price.

All the body shops I have been to in the St.Louis Mo.area tell you a price when you drop of the part you want painted.I don't know what price you should pay. Sorry..

Nice your modding your spoiler feature. Think your trunk lid will have extra exposed holes your going to have to deal with too if your removing a surfboard type spoiler. And areas of the trunk lid that were not exposed will now be exposed and in need of some TLC.
Sounds like they have you on the ropes if you did not discuss costs before you walked out the door. Hopefully what ever took you to them was a honest referral and they will be cool with you. But if I had to guess I can see them wanting at least $200, especially if they had to go from dark to light paint.
