If the Pont mirror has 3 pins & the Monte mirror has 5, sounds like the Pont mirror isn't heated.

and yeah i believe that particular mirror isn't heated.

I love my heated mirrors, they are handy in the winter.

is the passenger side on the monte heated too i never use my heated mirror seriously?

the heated mirror doesn't bother me whether i have them or not just like the radio/cruise control buttons i never even use them when my radio was stock.

I liked the idea, but seeing it on the car (especially from the behind shot) I don't like how square they are.

Kills the round and subtle curves the Monte has. The silvers also do not match, and the mirror looks pretty beat up. If you are going to repaint the mirror, might as well just repaint the Monte ones to match. Will look very sharp

*edit*

on second thought, the black of the Monte mirrors flows well with the rims and roof rails and the black around the windows. That's too much silver. Keep it stock

I looooove your car, silverbullitt! Those mirrors look sweet, i say keep em after you refinish them. Wonder what the gp mirrors would look like black?

Were you able to swap the guts? I am pretty sure they would work. May as well have the style that you enjoy AND the heated function.

i pick them up from the scrap yard and yeah the the color does not match up with my monte. my car is galaxy silver and the mirrors are silvermist color. i am very picky when it come to modding i'm not gonna put any beat up parts on the car. the mirrors need some work to make it fit flush. it need to be sand down around the edges and repaint. i have not decide to paint them same color as my car or paint them black yet. i'm leaning toward black. i'm not gonna gut out the mirror case probably end up splicing the wire harness and run without the heated mirror. i don't really care that much for the heated mirror anyway since my car is up in the storage during the winter.
