Use the search function also, there's a lot of information about HID kits.
Check out DDM Tuning like Mike said, they ship from China so it takes a little while to get to you but they have lifetime warranty.
You need to get the whole kit, get a 35w kit.... also know that anything over 4300k basically will start to reduce the light output but you will get more color.

You don't need anything extra unless problems come up later, but that isn't the case for most.
You don't need a bracket, they go on with the provided double sided tape.

Low beams since the highs are the DRLs and would require the DRLs to be disabled and HIDs take too long to heat up to make good high beams

So low beams is what everyone is driving around with on the road... And what K do u like the best? 5k-12k
