Grandpa's 87' Monte Carlo
Hello all this is my first post, thread everything on Monte Carlo Forum.
Backstory my grandpa used to buy and trade his car every few months for years and finally in 87' my grandma made him stick with this Monte Carlo. He loved this car and he let my sister borrow it for a few years and she left it outside and let a friend pull on the pull strap instead of the door handle and pulled that out. So about 6 years I graduated high school and he gave it to me as a gift. This car to this day runs and starts great not a problem whatever (unless there is snow I live in Indiana it can get bad). I finally got some money together this year and my grandpa has cancer and I'm looking to get this thing restored as best as I can. Below are a few of the rust problem and the pull strap problem. If somebody who has done or owns a business that does paint work what do you think something like this goes for???
Any help would be appreciated
