You know, honestly I don't remember how much we used. My Dad just had some leftover (and it was black) and we put it on.

 

I'm going to Ace in a little bit, I think one mix on each side should be enough. I'll probably get three just incase

Hard to know for sure if that will bond paint. Just remember when you take the original roof channels out, you really get all the glue and clean everything really well with rubbing alcohol.

it does say it bonds many plastics to other materials, which kind did u use?

 

I really don't remember. My Dad had it on hand (he's in construction). I just remember using the caulking gun on it, I don't even think I saw the label lol. I was cleaning out the channels while he set up.
