Unhappy Fender Bender

Well I was in a fender bender today with my 02 SS. We had crappy weather this morning when it happened. It was foggy, rainy, and slippery. My college was delayed by two hours and the accident happend on campus when I was pulling out of the parking lot. I didn't see the girl coming and I pulled out in front of her . She had a 99 Ford Taurus. It broke my brand new headlight and messed up my fender, bumper, and hood. The hood damage is very small, just some chips in the paint. I took her to the body shop and I did $1,800 dollars in damage. They said I am getting a new fender but they think they can salvage the rest. It has just been one of those days But anyway I will attach a pic of my car and the other car I hit.

That sucks to here & I'm glad you are OK. I had a similar fender bender 2 years ago with the 05 - damage was worse and it wasn't my fault but no one got ticketed cause it too was in a parking lot.

Yea we were both ok which is all that matters but it still upsets me. The damage could have been worse I guess.

Thanks. Yea that's all that matters. Cars can be fixed or replaced but not people.

Glad both drivers are okay, always a good thing. Could have been much worse though. Hope the new headlights are ok
