Default DDM HIDs 35W or 55W?

Im about to buy some HIDs for my 03 SS from DDM Tuning, Lows and Fogs, I just have a few questions if some people could give me a little more info.
1 - Should I get 35W or 55W? I heard 55W can burn up stuff and are overpowered?
2 - Should I just get lows or should i get low beam and high beams? Ive heard that once I get lows ill probably not even need high beams.
3 - What bulb type do I need for the fog lights?

I'm not sure about the bulb type for the fogs, but I would get 35 watt. 55 is too much. I have high and low beam HID and I usually only use my low beams. I think you'll be just happy with low beam HIDs only

35 watt for lows and fogs... 880/881/898/899 etc. are the ones you need for fogs

35w are fine and I would just do the Lows and fogs. 880's for the fogs. i would think you would need to get a wiring harness for the 55w whereas the 35's are plug and play.

55w will melt the wiring. you don't need high beams, they'll take forever to heat up and the HID bulb for fogs is 880.

As a slightly different option from most, at least take three seconds to look at 899s for fogs. They ARE plug & play, too. It is what I run in my 03 SS. They are "ON" nearly 100% of the time ... as dusk approaches ...

@01 Monte SS did mention them as well ...
