I saw a guy named silver bullit i believe with a cowl induction good on his 2001 monte ss. How is that possible? I have found none online nor have I ever seen it.

Yep Eric Peters does make a functional hood scoop for a 2001 Monte
Not really a cowl induction by the true meaning of the word.

I got my hood from MPD very happy with it

 

It was a legitimate cowl induction hood. Look up 2001 monte carlo cowl hood and go to images its like the 3rd picture. Its a silver monte. I would link pics but i dont know how

I will keep trying to find. That is the cleanest monte out there in my opinion.
