I have seen it already with 6th and 4th generation.

The 4th gen had a butchered look to it, lol, just horrible home made job, but the 6th was awesome. Maybe if I had tons of money and a spare Monte I would do it.

Yea I saw that and I was like Wow. Half of those models they probably never converted yet. But the Monte Carlo one is real and that's all I care about

Some cars are just not meant to be, or look right as a convertible. And some cars should never have had the money wasted on the design of a convertible model. For example, the Chrysler LeBaron.
