Default Camaro nose on a Monte?

Hello everyone, My story goes like this, I recently went to my local jumkyard and after searching and searching for something that I could actually use I came upon only one Monte Carlo, a 1987 , in the vast lot of junked Chevys. Needless to say my excitment was through the roof, as I got closer to the front my excitement turned to disappointment as the front clip, fenders and hood had been stripped leaving a bare front and nothing but frame. Leaving the junkyard I couldn't help but notice the abundance of Third Generation Camaros, so I got to thinking since it will take some searching for an SS Monte Carlo nose, if I could bolt on a Third Gen Camaro nose on my Monte instead, to hold me over so my car looks different and MEAN . I know of only one instance of this conversion from Lauren Engineering. Does any one know of another car with this conversion and can I just use a nose I find at the Junkyard and bolt it up and kinda fit it on.
Thanks in Advance

no it will not bolt up....Montes are G body cars and Camaros are F body cars....wayyy diff.....theres a whole front clip in a yard here for $250..

just get a monte nose and put on it....

no other front end will Bolt on directly cept a base model monte nose...an LS monte nose and an SS monte nose

base model and LS noses are very very comon compared to the SS nose

I guess it could be done - I never even really noticed how close the front clips are. But its still kinda weird looking. I dunno. Probably look better with paint. Unique...

dude just get the corect monte nose...or even a LS or base model to hold u over

a camaro nose will NOT bolt on and NONE of the body lines will match up...this would need extensive time and work to look properly....

and u said u need everything from the doors forward...so IF its NOT from a monte it wont fit..end of story lol

fenders and hood alone wont even line up enuf to bolt on if they could b bolted on....its just not feasible unless u have time and money and good at fabrication lol

IF u notice....that camaro front nose is not a true camaro nose...its custom...a camaro is alot more pointed then a monte....so that nose in the pic was made custom

Yeah... I think your right! Really, all it is is a Monte front clip with the grille filled in. Still a unique idea I guess. I'm still on the fence about whether I like it or not. SDMonte84 had me going there for a minute...
