Default Bored.....So I painted engine bay!!!!

Yea so I was bored ones day and was looking under hood and hated how the yellow under the hood looked crappy from wear n oil n grime and all that good stuff. lol. So I sanded it down and painted it all black and clear coated all in one day. NOT FUN. But I do like how it came out. Plus this pic shows the black intake pipes. Black DC alternator and the outrageously thick gauge wire it uses. haha What you think?

How did you paint the inner fenders? Did you remove the fuse box/battery/coolant overflow and everything?

I just unbolted stuff and moved it on top of engine and tapped off everything. that took the most time. but onces i covered and tapped it all off it was quick and easy. took 2 cans of black and 2 of clear. Fore the inner fender just sprayed what you can see and left the rest. I didn't do a very deatailed job but anything you can see got painted.

I gotta be honest....
I liked it with the yellow better.

Is it the pic? or what...
Like to much overspray..???
It actually makes like the turbo and stuff almost stained looking...

I X2 on a better yellow!

I like it but now it all blends in. You should add some color highlights now. Maybe some yellow or silver on the mounts and brackets.
