j/k lol i always like the grand prix as a matter of fact that was my choice before i bought the monte. i was eyeing a 02 40th anniversity s/c, but it was a sedan that's why i passed it and pick up the monte instead.

hey mitch the mat is pretty light well both of mine were anyway. i think the SS weigh about 7ish pounds and the PAY BACK TIME was 10-12 pounds. im going to see if i can get the SS back from my friend...it would look good on your ride.

Looks good. I miss my Dale Jr Monte. I also used to have a GTP that got totalled. It'll be two years Saturday since the wreck.

ya the panel is super light, this one weighs probably around 4 lbs, trunklid still stays up under its own weight haha.

that aint cool to make fun of a gp man…im hurt by that! haha jk, i actually like my monte better than the gp anyways, real leather vs pleather, luxury ride vs sporty ride, monte looks vs gp looks. monte wins all categories.

so what's the future plan for your monte car-slo? you plan to keep all stock or add some power? you know them g-pee guys (most) doesnt like the monte carlo for some reason. if that's my 04 JR, i make it stand out... well that's me though lol. dont know if you knew, but i sold my monte back in august at the auction. talked to the guy who bought it couple days ago said he's trading my monte for a '72 nova. hopefully the new owner doesn't put 24" wheels on it. if he does it's good that i dont have to see it.

maan, you should have told me, i really wanted your wheels, like REALLY wanted them. I dont know how much longer im keeping the monte, I really want another truck, so if i move to texas for this new job, im trading or selling the monte outright and buying a truck.
